The contract of co-operative testing

Since the outbreak of Sars, there is yet to be an effective treatment for this disease. Therefore, Mr Lin Zhen Man of Yet Chong Company will like to seek co-operative testing so as to push forth the use and recognition of the new form of medication.

Because the SARS influence is a kind an epidemic-cold, this kind of new medicine can also cure any kind of epidemic-cold efficiently, which include the H9N2 and the prevailing Fujian type cold that is spreading in America and so on.  Therefore, the medicine testing has extensive value to the medical circle.

Now, Yet Chong Company (HK) act as party A and will be responsible for providing the medicine prescription and the producing methods for treatment so as to allow the other party B to complete the testing of the afterwards items.

_____________________________ is Party B, agree to undertake the responsibility to complete the testing, the testing project to be as follows:

1.      Using the above-mentioned medicine density of 1% - 12.6% degree, for a measure standard to examine and record the time taken for the above-mentioned treatment to kill the SARS virus or other Coronaviridae-Virus so as to determine the effectiveness of the treatment under electron microscope.

2.      Using the above-mentioned prescription for treatment on animals’ wounds to check for abnormalities so as to further evaluate the property of medicine.

3.      To inject the above-mentioned medication into the lungs of animals and observing the lungs after 10 minutes to determine the level of risk that the new medication has on the animals’ lungs.

4.      Testing above-mentioned prescription to observe the toxicity-reaction and the sterilized ability of the epidermis skin ulcer of human body under electron microscope.

The objective of conducting this co-operative testing is to provide a reliable report on the feasibility of the above-mentioned medication. The contract states that party B is suppose to carry out the above-mentioned tests and thus conclude the possibility of the viruses entering the body and that of the lungs with special attention given to SARS or otherVirus secondly in 90 days.

The terms of the contract also states that party B must recognize the inventor’s patent. Party B should do the announcement on the outcome of the report and that both parties gain access to the report. Before, making a public announcement of the report, party B should discuss with party A regarding the appraisal made by party B. According to the terms of the contract, the concerned with content should be kept secret before it is publicly announced. The terms of the contract also allows for party B to use the above-mentioned medication to expand the area of research and is granted the authority to release a thesis.
